  4. Built and reviewed togetherI build the one you chose. You see the finished site on a private link, we go through every detail together, and I fix it the same day.
  5. Live on your domainYou say yes, it goes live, and the first payment happens then. Not before.

Who this is for, and who it isn’t.

It’s for you if
  • You run a home care agency, a senior living community or a healthcare practice, or you serve the same families as a senior move manager, an elder law firm or similar. And the work is already good.
  • People look you up before they call, and you have no idea what they see or what they decide.
  • You want one person who builds it, writes it with you and answers the phone afterwards.
  • You can give me thirty minutes on a call and two rounds of feedback. That’s the whole ask.
It isn’t for you if
  • You want a template swapped out. That’s a real thing to want, and Squarespace does it for $20 a month.
  • You want six pages for the price of one. I’ll tell you the honest number on the call instead.
  • You need it live this week. Seven days starts at the call, and I won’t promise faster.
  • You want someone to hand the copy to. I write it with you, out loud, or it doesn’t sound like you.

If you’re in the second column, say so on the call and I’ll point you somewhere better. I’d rather do that than take the money.

What if I don’t like it?

Then you don’t pay. You see two concepts within 48 hours of the call and the built site on day five. If it’s not the best site in your industry when it’s live, you owe nothing and keep the concepts.

How does the monthly plan work?

You pay nothing until the site is live and you have approved it. Then it’s billed monthly, with a twelve-month minimum, because I build the site before you pay anything. After month twelve it keeps going month to month at the same price, for everything in the Foundation Plan, and you can stop with 30 days' notice. Each payment is two parts: the Foundation Plan price for that month and the rest toward the site. Once the part toward the site reaches the pay-once price, it’s paid off and the monthly drops to the Foundation Plan price. Want to own it sooner? Any time, pay what’s left toward the site in one payment. You can update your card or download invoices any time from your billing page.

Do I own it?

Your domain is registered in your name from day one and is always yours. Paid once, the site is yours on launch day. On the monthly plan you can own it any time by paying what’s left toward the site. Once it’s paid off, the handover is free.

What do changes cost after launch?

Small changes are included in the Foundation Plan and the Growth Accelerator: text, photos, hours, prices, a new review, made within 48 hours. Anything bigger, like a new page, section, form or feature, gets a price you agree to before I start. No surprise charges.

I already have a Squarespace or Wix site.

Then keep it. The app plugs in behind it: your missed calls, your leads and the reminders all work without touching your site. If the site itself is losing you families, I’ll say so on the call and show you why, and a rebuild keeps your address.

What do you need from me?

One call, a few real photos of you and your team, and two rounds of feedback. Copy is written with you on the call, not handed to you as homework.
