Next Loop Co. is one person: me, Neill Papa, a web studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. This page covers nextloopco.com, the chat on it, the site check form, and calls and texts to the phone number on this site. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for anyone's marketing. You give me your name, your business, your email, and if you choose, your phone number, your website and a note. If you filled in the build sheet, your answers come with it, along with the pages of this site you looked at during that visit and roughly how long you spent.
I use it to answer you and to prepare for our call. It's saved in my own lead app and emailed to me, and a short reply goes to the email address you typed. An AI model (Anthropic's Claude) reads what you sent so that reply fits what you asked. My phone also gets an alert with your first name and last initial.
Until you send it, the build sheet stays in your own browser. Nothing leaves your device until you press send.
What you type goes to Anthropic's Claude so it can write the answer. I don't save chat conversations. Anthropic handles them under its commercial terms, which say it does not train its models on them. Please don't type health details or anything private into it. It's there to answer questions about websites and how I work.
Calls to the number on this site are carried by Twilio and ring my phone. I keep your phone number, when you called, how long we talked, and whether I answered, in my lead app. Calls are never recorded.
If I miss your call, you can leave a voicemail. It's kept in my Twilio account, Twilio turns it into text, and only I can play it, signed in to my own app.
Text messages. If you call and I miss it, you may get one text from that same number with a link to book a time with me and a link to ask my assistant a question. That's one text per missed call, and nothing else unless you reply. Reply STOP to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts and your phone number are never shared with anyone else, except the phone companies and Twilio, which carry the message.
I use my own analytics, Next Loop Insight. No cookies, no fingerprinting, and your IP address is never stored. It records which pages were viewed, where on a page people click and how far they scroll, your city and region as your network reports them, and your browser type. A random id lasts for one visit in one tab, so the steps of a visit join up, but you're never recognised again later.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, you aren't counted at all. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also counts page views without cookies.
Payments go through Stripe. I see what you paid and when, never your full card number.
Each one handles your information only to do that job for me.
Your information belongs to that business, and their own privacy page covers it. I run the software for them and don't use what you sent them for anything else.
Email [email protected] and ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you. I'll do it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect anything from them.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
