Next Loop shift alerts

Open shift and schedule texts for caregivers at senior care communities and home care agencies that use Next Loop Co. to cover call-offs and share schedules. Texts come from (650) 702-8997. Last updated October 20, 2026.

How caregivers sign up

A signed form at work, before any text is sent

Each caregiver who wants shift alerts fills in and signs the sign-up form at their workplace. Their scheduler enters them only after the form is signed, and Next Loop Co. keeps a copy. Nobody is texted without a signed form on file. See the form.

The form says, in these words, before the signature line:

“Yes, text me and call me with automated calls about open shifts and my schedule at my workplace, at the mobile number above. I can reply STOP to texts, or say or press stop on a call, at any time.”

Signing up is optional. It is not a condition of anyone's job, and saying no changes nothing about their shifts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

The details

What caregivers get and how to stop it

  • Program: Next Loop shift alerts, from (650) 702-8997.
  • Message type: two kinds, both about the caregiver's own work. Open shifts: an open shift at their workplace (date, time and role) with a question, can you take it. The first to reply YES gets one confirmation text. Everyone else gets one text saying it's filled. Schedule: when a new week's schedule is posted, one text with a private link to it. Text SCHEDULE any time to get the link again. No marketing or promotional messages.
  • How often: a few texts per open shift, plus one schedule text a week. It varies with how often shifts open up.
  • Timing: call-offs often happen in the evening, so some texts arrive at night. Caregivers can tick “day shifts only” on the form.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP. You get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to get texts again. Or ask your scheduler to take you off.
  • For help: reply HELP, call your scheduler, or email hello@nextloopco.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Nothing about the people caregivers look after is ever in a text.
  • The schedule link: each caregiver gets their own private link on nextloopco.com. At a senior living community it shows the posted schedule for their community: who is working each unit and shift. At a home care agency it shows only their own visits. It updates when a shift is filled, shows no phone numbers, and stops working when they reply STOP or leave the job. No link shorteners are ever used.
